Job Title: Production Manager
These Jobs are but not limited to
- Custom sign production, including indoor and outdoor signage for businesses, events, and more.
- Garment printing, including custom T-shirt printing, embroidery, and screen printing for apparel.
- Tradeshow display design and production, including pop-up displays, backdrops, banners, and promotional materials.
- Banner printing, including vinyl banners, mesh banners, fabric banners, and retractable banners.
- Custom printed products, including business cards, brochures, flyers, postcards, stickers, and promotional items.
- Keeping a clean work area, cleaning the office and removing garbage.
**Responsibilities**:
- Operate printing equipment, including digital presses and large format printers.
- Manage and maintain print production equipment, including cleaning and performing routine maintenance.
- Prepare and print files according to job specifications.
- Assemble and finish printed materials, including cutting, folding, and binding.
- Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Organize and manage inventory of printing supplies and materials.
- Assist with packaging and shipping of completed orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a production or printing environment.
- Knowledge of digital printing processes and equipment.
- Ability to operate and maintain printing equipment.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
