Arctic Beverages LP is a distributor of many leading brands including Pepsico, operating in Western Canada. We sell and support the following companies PepsiCo. Foods, Nestle, Grupo BIMBO, Lactalis, Jack Links, Nature’s Bounty, and SRP.

**JOB SUMMARY**:
This role is a full-time position based in the Arctic Beverages head office located in Winnipeg. Reporting directly to the District Sales Manager, the Sales Representative contributes to the overall success of the company by obtaining orders, understanding, and interpreting sales/customer requirements, providing information, presenting/selling promotional items, and providing coverage for other sales representatives when on vacation. This role will also be required to work in the field, as needed.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Identifying sales opportunities and meeting customer’s requirements.
- Collecting customer information, obtaining orders, generating interest, and making product recommendations
- Closing sales and achieving period/monthly targets
- Providing support to the Sales team by selling, delivering, merchandising, placing orders in the field following a call cycle
- Providing vacation coverage by driving a 5-ton truck, with some overnights throughout Manitoba & Saskatchewan.

**Knowledge, Experience, Skill & Abilities**
- Proven sales experience; minimum 1 year experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate considered an asset.
- Some driving experience an asset.
- Clean drivers abstract.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
