**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Help train, mentor, develop and manage your staff on sales, marketing and prospecting.
- Implement and manage a sales process to reach goals
- Ability to build rapport with members and impart this skill upon your staff
- Execute marketing, social media and outreach strategies to drive membership sales for studio
- Hold yourself accountable for the overall performance of your club and studio performance

**Job Qualifications**:

- Face to face sales skills and knowledge of sales techniques required
- Prospecting skills and understanding of lead management and marketing
- Strong communication and energetic interpersonal skills a must
- A super positive attitude that fosters an amazing team environment
- The ability to stay organized and a high attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and anticipate member needs
- Experience in the fitness industry is considered an asset
