About the role:
As the Patient Care and Operations Lead at Sprout Family Health, you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission to provide flexible, individualized care for families, working collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our family-centered practice. Your expertise will be crucial in managing patient flow, coordinating appointments, and delivering exceptional service that enhances patient experiences, all while addressing the unique needs of each family member. This position is full of room for growth, allowing you to implement and improve processes that enhance patient care and operational efficiency, and make a meaningful impact. We’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Medical Office Assistant or similar. You’ve completed a recognized Medical Office Assistant program and ideally have a few years of experience in a healthcare setting. You’re proficient with electronic medical record systems.- Excellent communication and organizational skills. You have strong interpersonal skills, know how to stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.- A driven problem solver with a growth mindset. You love proactively enhancing operations and patient care, you analyze challenges and continuously seek improvements to leave everything better than you found it.- Experience with pediatric and family-centered care is highly valued. You’re knowledgeable in preventative health practices and holistic wellness.
Work location: 555 Superior Street, Victoria BC
Hours: Full-Time
Wage Range: $26 - $30 per hour
