This position reports directly to the PRESIDENT or any other individual in the future as may be assigned by the company.

The main responsibilities of the position are to work independently to support the FIELD SERVICE DEPARTMENT in TECHNICAL responsibilities as follows
- **PRIMARY TECHNICAL SUPPORT for FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIANS**

Weekly participate in SALES MEETINGS and in PROJECT meetings to support, provide information, schedules, etc. to necessary departments.

Occasionally, should the workload of the SERVICE department temporarily slow down, every effort should be made to support other departments within the company.

The primary TECHNICAL support requirements would be to assist and coordinate in the SERVICE of the CORE product lines, under the direction and supervision of the PRESIDENT, in conjunction with consultation and cooperation with the Sales Manager or Engineering Manager, and Service Technicians as may be required from time to time.
