**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Greeting patients and checking them in for their appointments, answering the telephone, making appointment reminders, scanning, faxing, other clerical as
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Diploma from an accredited medical office assistant program or a minimum of two years experience as a medical receptionist
- Basic knowledge of various cardiology related diagnostic tests
- Experience working with electronic medical records required
- Experience with Cerebrum EMR an asset
- Additional required skills include but are not limited to; excellent communication both written and oral along with professionalism on the telephone, experience using Microsoft Office 365 software, ability to multi-task and work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
