**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a sales team
- Attend industry trade shows conferences and events
- Find and identify opportunities to sell products and services along with the sales team
- Build strong and successful customer and sales team relationships
- Monitor market conditions/competition/technology
- Continually meet or exceed sales targets by supporting the sales team

- Worked in a small or medium sized company
- Attended and sold at trade shows and conferences
- Strong B2B experience
- Comfortable with territorial travel and up to 8 overnights per month

**Front of the Line: If you have the experience**:

- 3 years plus of sales management experience
- Understanding and technical knowledge of industrial electrical products
- Experience in using HUBSPOT

**Education**:

- Technical Diploma, Bachelor or MBA
- High School graduate acceptable with exceptional industry or sales management experience

**Compensation**:

- Competitive 6 figure base salary plus bonus and tremendous upside earning potential.
- Excellent benefits package which includes a car allowance, gas card, computer, cell phone, medical and dental.

Pay: $125,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
