**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts and handle on-call requests.
