Job description for **Accounting and Inventory Specialist**

This is in an **on-site office **position.

1. Solid knowledge of **accounting concept of Inventory, Landed Cost, Cost of Goods Sold **(“COGS”), and relationship between Inventory and COGS

2. Expert knowledge of **QuickBooks Enterprise or QuickBooks Desktop**

3. Intermediate/advance **Excel skills**

Specific job involves including but not limited to:

- Daily shipping orders preparation, sales invoicing, purchase order preparation, receiving stock and updating inventory systems, reconciling Inventory (books to Yard and vice versa)
- Monthly profit reports by products/ sales representative/ customers
- Assisting in Accounts payable and receivable, AR Collections, credit reports, Inventory Quality Control forms, Inventory slippage reports and coordinating with Accounts Manager and other account assistants

Expected start date: Immediate hiring

**Salary**: $40,000-60,000 per year based on experience or Hourly $21-$24/hour

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
