Calgary, Canada Paradigm Nutrition & Performance Full time

**Overview**
We are seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team and help shape the next chapter of Paradigm Nutrition. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to blend 1:1 client work, group programs, and creative projects to help expand our offerings.

We need someone with a unique mindset—our ideal RD is aligned with using macronutrient tracking as an education tool, and has experience working with athletic populations.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment but is also comfortable working independently. If you're passionate about health and fitness, confident on camera, and excited to create valuable resources for and relationships with clients, we’d love to hear from you

**This is a hybrid role, combining a base income with commission opportunities.** Most of your earnings will be based on client volume, so self-motivation and the ability to help build your own client load will be essential.

**Duties**
- Conduct nutritional assessments and evaluations for clients
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition programs based on dietary needs and preferences
- Educate clients on nutrition, movement, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary
- Create social media and digital educational content including blog posts and educational PDFs
- Stay updated on the latest nutrition research and trends to provide evidence-based recommendations

**Skills**
- Registered Dietician in good standing with the College of Dieticians of Alberta
- Someone open to using macronutrient tracking and comfortable with helping clients set and achieve body composition goals
- Experience working with athletic populations is essential; preference for those with exposure to CrossFit, strength training, or endurance athletes.
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop digital content (videos, PDFs, templates).
- Comfortable on camera and able to engage with followers through social media content.
- Self-motivated and driven by results, with experience working in a commission-based environment or a desire to build your own client base.
- Familiarity with group programs and online courses is an asset.
- Not focused solely on clinical nutrition—able to approach clients holistically to meet performance, health, and lifestyle goals

**What We Offer**
- A supportive and collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and creative freedom
- Opportunities to work mostly remotely, with some in-person client work
- Access to a gym network for client growth, with opportunities to lead in-person events and programs
- The ability to shape your own work schedule and focus on areas that align with your strengths
- Base pay plus competitive commission pay based on client load with unlimited opportunity for growth
- Free gym membership
- Option to discuss health benefits for the right person

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
- Retention bonus

**Benefits**:

- Flexible schedule
- On-site gym
- On-site parking

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB T3E 7J2

Application deadline: 2024-11-15
