- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.

**Travel**:This role will require extensive travel within Canada and the United States. During the first six (6) months in the role, travel may be 25-50% of the time. Typically, one would expect to be travelling approximately 25% of the time. As such, a valid drivers’ license and passport is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare an execute plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build upon existing dealer relationships, while also growing the dealer network within your territory.
- Prepare and review equipment quotations.
- Produce monthly/quarterly reports for management on sales activities and market trends.
- Analyze the industry and create projections.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to build strong brand loyalty.
- Manage designated territory and customers to maximize equipment sales.
- Sell parts or service to increase customer retention rate.
- Travel within the territory to drive sales and support dealers.
- Making sales calls to current and potential customers and dealers.
- Attend trade shows both as an exhibitor and as an attendee.

**Qualifications**:

- A post-secondary education in any discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of territory sales experience.
- A track record of success in sales.
- The ability to travel for work (valid driver’s license, and passport).
