**Purpose of the job**:

- Coordinate and manage teams & activities performed by Product Introduction (PI)
- Support on production site (PI logistic, FM Coordinator)

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Support customer site set-up in terms of special tools, consignment stock,...
- Supervise PI logistic/materials in Alstom manufacturing site with regards to consignment stock availability, delivery and repair loop (including over warranty lifetime)
- Coordinate & supervise stock and logistics costs
- Contribute to claims and negotiations with external supplier (regarding PI activities)
- Support field modification preparation with material, tools, documentation
- Ensure compliance to standard processes (ISO, EHS) for PI Support teams
- Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct
- Support PI Supplier Performance Managers in back-charging process with ensuring relevant PI documentation

- Respect of allocated Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) budgets
- Zero Deviation (EHS)
- Achievement of contractual availability (milestone) targets
- PI Support Competencies development
- Workload management
- Customer Site PI Support audit results (internal and external)

**Educational Requirements**:
**Mandatory**:

- (Post) Graduate in Engineering or Industrial (“Internal Graduation” (“cadre interne” in F) acceptable)
- Internal EHS training
- English

**Desirable**:
Master’s degree in Engineering

**Experience**:

- Several years of technical experience, mechanical or electrical / electronics (> 10 years for Senior position)
- Field Experience (> 5 years for Senior position)
- Project Execution (technical/industrial/Procurement/Supply Chain)
- Installation and Test & Commissioning team
- Team management
- General Railway and Product knowledge
- Railway safety
- EHS knowledge and exposure
- Customer contact
- Self-government
