**Qualifications**:

**Compensation Structure**:
- **Base Commission**: Each sales representative will receive a base commission of $600.
- **Sales Incentive**: Upon selling at least four cars, representatives will earn a total of $2,680. Additional sales beyond this threshold will be rewarded with further commission based on the number of cars sold.
