We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. As a key member of our Advisory team, you will be responsible for reaching corporate leads, securing new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of MBRA. This is an autonomous role that requires strong decision-making skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaboratively with the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Self-sourcing leads, reaching out to pre-existing leads and securing new business opportunities
- Autonomous - We encourage and trust your decision-making skills and delivery of our exceptional products and services
- You will be selling to senior-level executives by learning about their goals and converting that intelligence into business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities
- Connect with potential clients to present our services through PowerPoint by physical or virtual meetings (Zoom/Microsoft Teams)
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system and LinkedIn Navigator
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects

**Qualifications**:

- Real Estate Work Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication/English skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient in LinkedIn Navigator, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Analytical mindset and go-getter attitude; self-motivated to achieve personal goals and goals set for the team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

The position will be based on a fixed term contract with a base monthly salary with a bonus based on performance.
