PS. This role is primarily focused on event marketing responsibilities along with execution of webinars and virtual events. You will work side by side with our in-house super talented event manager who will take care of the execution of all in-person events.

**WHAT YOUR WORK WILL FOCUS ON**

**1. You are the Promotional Engine Behind all EventMobi Events**

EventMobi runs 40+ online and in-person events annually in the US, Canada, the UK, and Germany. These events include co-marketing and product launch webinars, in-person roadshows, third-party trade shows and events, and sponsored industry events, all using our suite of event technology products and services.
- Working closely with the rest of the events and marketing team, you ultimately own the **event marketing strategy**, documentation, process improvement, event-level, and quarterly **reporting** along with all aspects of **marketing asset and campaign management** to make sure we can launch events **on time** and achieve our **registration** targets.
- You are the **creative writer** behind all event marketing assets that inform and excite our customers and prospects to register for our events
- You are a genius marketer who knows how to experiment and identify the most effective **campaigns and channels** to promote our events to the right audience, increase brand awareness, and drive new contact signups

**KPIs**: Registration, Appointments, No-Show Rates, New Leads, Customer Engagement, Opportunity Creation, Cost Per Lead

**2. You will Manage Online Events, from Strategy and Content to Live Engagement and Lead Gen**

Webinars and virtual events are an essential part of our communication, marketing, and education strategy. We run thought leadership and co-marketing webinars to generate new leads, as well as virtual events to launch new products educate our customers, and accelerate the new business pipeline.
- You will work closely with sales & marketing leadership as well as the content team to create an effective and engaging webinar program
- You are the creative owner of all online events, from webinar titles, content, co-marketing partners, and speaker selection, to building the livestream show-flow and engagement strategy
- You are excited to be the host and/or producer of webinars and virtual events as needed
- You will manage the entire technical setup from registration and Hubspot automation to event app design—all using EventMobi’s suite of products
- You will meticulously manage all analytics, data, and leads, including the final hand-off to the sales team and measuring the impact on revenue

**3. You are the Brains Behind the Event Tech, Marketing Automation, and Reporting for the Events Team**

This is probably the most interesting part of this role. You will be the internal power user for the software we build to promote and execute events. You are on the cutting edge of the latest event marketing trends, best practices, innovations, and technologies, but also have a huge passion for sharing your knowledge with the community.
- You will work closely with our Hubspot admin and Revenue Operation to set up automation, workflows, and integrations with EventMobi Registration
- You will analyze data from Google Analytics, Hubspot, Ad, and Social platforms, as well as EventMobi products to extract insight on how to improve marketing, engagement, and overall satisfaction for EventMobi events You will develop success criteria, goals, and forecasts for all events programs, regularly reporting progress and key insights, and adjusting plans and advertising budget as needed
