- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, and order status
- Assist customers with order placement, returns, and issue resolution
- Maintain precise customer records through data entry tasks
- Analyze customer requirements and suggest suitable products or services
- Identify upselling opportunities to enhance sales
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve complex customer concerns
- Stay updated on product knowledge to address customer queries effectively
**Skills**:
- Exceptional English communication skills; proficiency in French is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal abilities to foster positive customer relationships
- Demonstrated aptitude in understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
