At several campuses of care and other service locations across the Greater Toronto Area, Yee Hong offers a full continuum of services including active seniors programs, adult day programs, caregiver support services, transportation, meals on wheels, congregate dining, home care, long-term care, and hospice/palliative care.

**Job**: Administrative Assistant, Long Term Care Home

**Status**: Full Time, Temporary for 6 months, with possibility of extension
**Core Function**:
Under the direction of the Executive Director/Director of Resident Care, the incumbent is a member of the Administration Team responsible for the provision of administrative support to the LTC home.
**Qualifications**:
- Completion of College secretarial program, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years administrative or secretarial experience
- Good typing and accurate data entry skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) required; knowledge of Chinese wordprocess will be an asset
- Familiarity with medical terminology will be an asset
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese. Ability to speak Filipino an asset
- Relevant satisfactory work performance
