- S'assurer que les demandes et problèmes des résidents sont traités dans les 24 heures.
- Assurer la formation initiale et la formation du nouveau personnel et du personnel existant.
- Établir et surveiller les horaires de travail du personnel conformément aux lignes directrices de l'entreprise et pour surmonter les périodes de roulement élevé.
- Gérer le personnel, y compris la résolution de conflits.
- Avoir des connaissances approfondies des budgets annuels et des plans d'exploitation et des plans d'immobilisations.
- Faire visiter et louer les unités aux résidents potentiels.
- S'assurer que les loyers sont recueillis et déposés en temps opportun.
- Connaissances approfondies de tous les systèmes d'entretien (pompes, générateurs de secours, CVCA, chaudières, refroidisseurs, piscines, systèmes de gicleurs, etc).
- Assister le directeur régional et le directeur des travaux à la gestion de l'exécution du plan annuel d'immobilisations et à l'identification des problèmes physiques actuels ou à venir pour réparation.

**Compétences et expérience requises**
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion immobilière.
- Excellentes aptitudes en matière de service à la clientèle et de ventes.
- Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer avec les résidents, les clients potentiels, les
collègues et les tierces parties.
- Compétences en gestion pour accompagner, former et motiver le personnel et pour développer un environnement collaboratif.
- Maintenir une apparence professionnelle et présentable en tout temps.
- Compétences de base en informatique.
- Bilingue en français et en anglais, necessaire.
