**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic Marketing Plan**:

- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement an overarching marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
- Contribute to setting long-term marketing objectives and defining success metrics to track performance.
- Understand and support the development of brand positioning, value propositions, and market differentiation strategies.

**Campaign Strategy**:

- Assist in creating, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns that promote our programs and services.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

**Content Creation**:

- Maintain and update the company’s website, blog, and social media platforms with fresh content.
- Create and schedule social media posts, track user engagement, and prepare performance reports.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to provide actionable insights.
- Analyze data from surveys, social media, and other platforms to guide marketing strategies and campaigns.

**Event Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
- Create promotional materials, manage event communications, and oversee logistics.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Compile reports and present insights to the marketing team to help improve strategies.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Currently enrolled in a marketing, communications, business, or related field at a secondary or post-secondary institution.

**Experience**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of business tools on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficient in Apple software (Numbers, Pages) and Microsoft OneNote.

**Character Skills**
- **Resourceful**: Ability to problem-solve independently and show initiative. Adaptability and eagerness to learn are key.
- **Effective Communicator**: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to ask for clarification when needed and receive feedback positively.
