We are currently looking for a full-time **Project Manager **for our **Drafting Department** to provide support in managing our multi-family unit projects, from bid specifications to project completion.

Working closely with another Project Manager, responsibilities include:

- Prepare construction specifications, such as costs and material on multi-family bids
- Assist Operations and Coordination in managing multi-family projects to completion
- Distribute workload and manage deliverables amongst project team members
- Communicate with external personnel in multi-family projects, including builders, designers, and project managers

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a project management role, in a similar industry
- Ability to work effectively independently and as a part of a team
- Experience in drafting and CAD software
