Job Summary:
As a Regional Sales Representative at Custodia, you will be the frontline ambassador, delivering high-quality assessments and customer service within your designated area. You are responsible for conducting 5-8 detailed home assessments daily, building strong relationships with customers, and driving the growth of our Home Management Plans (HMPs). This role requires a blend of sales acumen, operational efficiency, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Home Assessments: Conduct 5-8 comprehensive home assessments daily, providing a thorough evaluation of each property to determine the specific needs and potential services Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Sales and Growth: Present and sell Home Management Plans and individual services to homeowners. Utilize your understanding of Custodia's offerings to tailor solutions that meet customers' unique needs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all assessments and services meet Custodia's high standards. Address and resolve any issues swiftly to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage your schedule and routes effectively to maximize productivity and meet daily assessment targets. Utilize company tools and technology to record assessment details and customer interactions accurately.
- Community Engagement: Represent Custodia within the community, participating in local events and building a positive brand presence.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using technology and various software tools.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of home maintenance and services.
- Experience in property assessments or a related field.

Working Conditions:

- Frequent travel within the designated area for in-home assessments.
