These concerts are organized by FEVER, an innovative, cultural event company that seeks to make culture accessible to all. We are therefore looking for someone who wants to be part of the growth of this international adventure, who appreciates and recognizes themselves in the creative, cultural field, and who believes they can contribute to this expansion.

**Job duties include**:

- Representing Fever, informing customers about the company and its events
- Act as main point of contact on site for Candlelight - communicate with Fever Originals Manager
- Set schedule, train and manage the team of staff
- Guide and assist staff in set-up and tear-down procedures
- Coordinate the run of day for the shows
- Manage equipment rentals and moving of materials between different venues
- Maintain and strengthen relationships between staff members and artists
- Ensure smooth overall execution of the event
- Manage inventory on site
- Respond to customers’ questions and concerns in person

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- Driver's license
- Good elocution and presentation skills
- Punctuality, adaptability and a taste for customer service are imperative to guarantee the quality of our services
- Experience in event management/coordination
- Collaborative spirit
- Able to maintain composure in stressful or pressurized situations
- Ability to find creative solutions

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
