Your main responsibility is to provide excellent service while helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and preferences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers as they visit our lot, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere that promotes car sales and customer satisfaction.
- Use strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with potential buyers, guiding them in their vehicle selection and finalizing payment terms.
- Keep a current customer database to drive both present and future sales for the dealership.
- Showcase vehicles through test drives, demonstrations, and lot tours.
- Utilize effective negotiation skills to carry out the sales process while upholding customer satisfaction and dealership standards and policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-focused approach to sales.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

**Compensation**:

- We offer a competitive commission structure with the potential for unlimited earnings. Details will be discussed during the interview process.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM
- Weekends as needed
