**The Role**:
The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies during the summer season. You will collaborate with the Territory Sales Representative, assisting them in reaching out to existing customers, optimizing product displays, and providing exceptional customer service. You will help create sales content, support social media channels and website, coordinate the distribution of point of sales materials, and provide general support for the team.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support the sales team by visiting grocery store and scoop shop locations, communicating with customers and deploying signage where applicable.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure our ice cream products are prominently displayed and correctly merchandised in stores, following company guidelines and best practices.
- Supports content development for social media channels and website
- Assist in monitoring product inventory levels at customer locations, notifying Territory Sales Representatives of any stock shortages, and coordinating with the CSR team to fulfill orders if required.
- Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends, monitor product performance, and propose suggestions for improvement.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Working towards Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a similar field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - intermediate knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using Power BI is an asset
- Strong organizational skills
- Physical ability to lift (up to) 40lbs
