Are you passionate about cloud technology and digital transformation? We are seeking a talented Cloud Implementation Administrator with compelling experience in transitioning from on-premises to cloud environments, particularly focusing on Azure and Microsoft Stack Technology. Experience with SOC 2 engagements and awareness of best practices is considered a bonus.

**Position Overview**:
As a Cloud Implementation Specialist, you will lead and execute the migration of on-premises systems to cloud platforms, with a strong emphasis on Azure and Microsoft Stack Technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current infrastructure, design cloud solutions, implement migration strategies, and ensure successful adoption of cloud services with a focus in network and database management. This role requires deep expertise in cloud architecture, configuration, and optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess current on-premises infrastructure and develop migration strategies to cloud platforms, particularly Azure and Microsoft Stack Technology.
- Design and implement cloud solutions to optimize performance, scalability, and security.
- Design and Implement cloud network solutions, including routing in the context of Azure virtual networks, network security groups (NSGs) and Load balancers to ensure that the network infrastructure is optimized for the cloud and that it meets the organization's requirements.
- Lead cloud migration projects, coordinating activities with internal teams and external vendors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define cloud architecture best practices and standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful adoption of cloud services.
- Monitor cloud environments, perform troubleshooting, and implement optimizations to maximize efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging cloud technologies and recommending innovative solutions.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Perform root cause analysis to assist Team with identifying performance issues and suggest architecture solution optimizing solutions.
- Able to troubleshoot routing and Azure firewall issues, VNet peering, connectivity, Load balancers, Application Gateway.
- Support and in some cases lead the end-to-end migration process from on-premises to cloud infrastructure, focusing on Azure and Microsoft Stack Technology.
- Develop cloud architecture designs and implementation plans aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions into existing systems.
- Implement security measures and compliance standards in cloud environments.
- Provide training and documentation to support users in leveraging cloud services effectively.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Extensive experience in cloud architecture and implementation, with a focus on Azure and Microsoft Stack Technology.
- Proven track record of successfully migrating on-premises systems to cloud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, networking, and performance optimization.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
- Awareness and experience with policy and procedure controls, including automation implementation in relation to cloud structures and controls.
- SOC 2 awareness and best practices considered a bonus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
