Duties & Responsibilities - What is my role?
- Able to work flexible hours and on-call shifts
- Ability to listen to and communicate specific instructions clearly, firmly under pressure while remaining professional
- Physically able to fulfill job requirements and work long hours outdoors in all kinds of weather
- Responsible for the set-up, maintenance, and takedown of signage at the job site
- Ensure the accurate set up of lanes that flow and provide safety to motorists and personal at the job site

Qualifications & Requirements - What skills & qualifications do I need?
- Valid BCCSA Traffic Control Person Certificate
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
- Must have own reliable vehicle
- Ability to work in all weather
- Punctual and reliable
- Friendly, positive, and open attitude, always willing to learn and improve
- Ability to work and communicate within a team
- Help promote and work within a culture of jobsite safety, where safety is everyone's #1 priority
- Experience as a general laborer in construction industry is an asset
- Attention to detail is an asset
