**What will I be doing?**

The Door Attendant must be knowledgeable, conscientious, attentive and pleasant at all times. This Team Member is responsible for projecting a gracious, friendly and professional image. The role requires good knowledge of the city and surrounding areas and can offer directions in a clear and concise manner. The Door Attendant will be responsive to Guests and will inquire as to the Guest satisfaction and thank the Guest for choosing the Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview. This Team Member will be responsible for ensuring each Guest feels Cared for, Valued and Respected.

**Experience**
- Previous Guest Service experience in hotel setting an asset
- Previous experience in Customer Service an asset

**Skills**
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Multi-tasking ability
- Problem Solving Ability
- Attentive, pleasant and conscientious

**Requirements**:

- Must be available to work a variety of all shifts (Days, Afternoons, Evenings, Weekends, Holidays)
- Working outdoors for extended periods of time in all four seasons
- Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel’s satisfaction.
