Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) is the exclusive Canadian distributor of Toyota and Lexus vehicles. Toyota Canada's head office is in Toronto, with regional offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal and Halifax. Toyota parts and accessories are distributed through TCI's Parts Distribution Centres in Bowmanville and Vancouver. TCI supports over 287 Toyota and Lexus dealers in Canada with services that include training, sales, marketing, environmental and customer satisfaction initiatives.

What You’ll be Doing:
- Key Responsibilities_- Drive efficiencies and innovation: Explore and implement ways we can be as efficient and effective in driving our key metrics. Implement constant test and learn exercises- TCI multi-tier leadership: Guide the business in its efforts of a coordinated Search strategy for all 3 tiers; provide education and thought leadership through dealer speaking events and guidebooks- Agency management: Manage our partner agencies who execute our search, display and OLV campaigns for brand and name plate in order to meet our KPI’s- Partner effectively: Effectively partner with internal divisions and manage time to support both Toyota & Lexus effectively
- Work Efficiency_- Initiates and implements appropriate 'kaizen' (continuous improvement) efforts which result in work efficiencies relating to cost reduction or avoidance, improved time and process efficiencies- Locks in and measures incremental success through the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)- Standardizes and shares successes across the team or organization through 'yokoten' (shares best practices); continues to improve through kaizen and shares again- Must be able to travel- Other duties as requested or required
- KPIs_- Driving efficiencies and innovation: Deliver the highest number of store visits for the most efficient price. Drive the lowest possible cost per action (CPA), cost per click (CPC) and store visits through effective agency management.- TCI cross-tier leadership: Ensure agencies are coordinating across all tiers to drive efficiency- Agency management: Work with key agency personnel to ensure TCI’s strategies are being carried out. Hold partners accountable to key metrics.What You’ll Bring:
- College or university degree in related discipline- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience- Knowledge and understanding of current and emerging digital / social media platforms- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Strong project leadership skills with demonstrated experience- Strong organizational, leadership, negotiating skills- Ability to work across the organization to build alignment and consensus on key initiatives- Detail oriented and able to multitask efficiently- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills- Self-motivator with ability to start and complete projects with limited to no supervision.- Customer first orientation- Proven ability to initiate & improve work processes to increase efficiencies.
