**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree or a related field is often required. Advanced degrees or certifications in Oracle HCM/Payroll and business intelligence tools can be beneficial.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Oracle HCM and Payroll modules, including understanding of data structures, business processes, and configuration options.
- Proficiency in Oracle BI tools, particularly OTBI and BIP, including experience in report development, data modeling, and dashboard creation.
- SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively gathering requirements, documenting solutions, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and end-users.
- Basic project management skills to manage report development projects, including task prioritization, resource allocation, and timeline management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and customize reports using Oracle BI tools (OTBI and BIP) based on business requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data from Oracle HCM/Payroll systems to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that can inform decision-making.
- Test reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business requirements. Validate data integrity and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Document report specifications, design decisions, and testing procedures to ensure clear understanding and maintainability of reports over time.
- Provide training to end-users on how to use and interpret reports effectively. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance for report-related issues.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate reports with other systems or processes as needed.
- Ensure that reports comply with relevant regulations and security standards. Manage access controls and secure sensitive data appropriately.
- Stay updated on Oracle HCM/Payroll updates and new features to optimize reporting capabilities. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance reporting processes and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
