**Responsibilities**
- Administrative support to the branch manager and head office, as required;
- Verification and validation of employees' weekly hourly timesheets;
- Creation of new project numbers in Exaktime;
- Creation of project detail sheets;
- Organization of transport;
- Reconciliation of delivery slips shipped to quantities of items returned;
- Follow-up of customer contracts and purchase orders before the start of a project
- Preparation of billing summaries;
- Follow-up with sales and site technicians for the issuance of invoices in a timely manner;
- Weekly report of invoice tracking at head office;
- Follow-up of invoices for payment purposes;
- Track accounts receivable through calls, sending statements of account and other documents;
- Preparation of deposits of cheques received;
- Issuance and follow-up of purchase orders;
- Follow-up and weekly sending of the project schedule summary;
- Tracking and weekly sending of the inventory list.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
