**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Support administrative functions including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning documents, and organizing office supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience with Excel, Microsoft and various computer programs such as jobber and YETI.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
