**Job Overview**:

- Co-ordinate international freight and container deliveries to jobsites
- Act as point of contact for customs brokers, overseas shippers, and customers
- Job-cost container shipments
- Maintain POs in coordination with freight forwarder
- Approve vendor invoices for payment, cross check with logistics records for accuracy
- Co-ordinate rental machinery/equipment for jobsites as needed
- Provide surge/vacation coverage for the warehouse co-ordinator as needed
- 1 year experience in a logistics position
- Post-secondary certificate or diploma in logistics and warehousing (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Outlook in a work environment
- Knowledge of the customs clearance process, tariff codes, and exceptions
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a current work visa
