And, as an** Account Development Representative**, you will oversee all top-of-funnel sales team activities surrounding new inbound Article _B2B_ members, including but not limited to initial qualification, establishing first contact, and account manager pass-off

As a vital member of the Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in executing inbound top-of-funnel sales activities focused on acquiring new inbound Article B2B members. Serving as the initial point of contact for prospective leads, you'll contribute to assessing account viability and identifying growth opportunities.

**About your team**:
You will be reporting to the Manager, B2B Sales. You’ll work alongside a team of 3 Account Managers, 3 Sales Assistants, and 1 Outbound Account Development Representative.
We are a hybrid team - you’ll be in the office 3 days per week at our Vancouver HQ (required).
This is an entry-level role for someone looking to get into sales*
**What You'll Do**:
- Overseeing inbound top-of-funnel sales for new Article for Trade members
- Qualifying leads for growth potential and repeat business
- Assigning qualified leads to the AM team
- Proactively engaging sales pipeline through activation initiatives
- Developing and tracking outreach program effectiveness
- Analyzing trends in self-serve customer purchasing
- Hosting client meetings at Vancouver HQ Atrium Showroom
- Attending trade installations and events
- Cultivating client relationships with clear communication and a continuous improvement mindset
**Who You Are**:
- Comfort and desire for cold calling, meeting with new customers, and outreach
- Proven track record in a business development environment
- Drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient with G-suite / Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Completion of criminal background check

The expected salary is $50,000 to $62,000. The actual base pay can increase beyond this range and will be based on various factors, including transferable skills, training and certifications, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
