**Who We Are**
Sewer Squad, has been providing comprehensive plumbing and drain services to residents across Ajax and the Greater Toronto Area for the last 6 years.

**The Big Task**
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business through the identification and acquisition of new customers, lead generation activities and industry networking. The primary objective of this position is to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives with respect to new maintenance contract sales in an assigned geographic territory.
**Key Sub Tasks**
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
- Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify new sales opportunities
- Preparing and delivering sales pitches to potential clients
- Generating leads
- Providing regular reports on sales activity and performance
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensuring health and safety policies and company policies are adhered to
- Performing all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all health and safety rules and regulations.
- Adhering to all federal, provincial, municipal and city plumbing codes
- Other tasks as assigned.
**Skills Required**:
- Successful experience in plumbing service work
- A valid Driver’s License with a clean record
- Demonstrated sales and cold-calling experience, ideally within the industry
- Consistently meeting deadlines within a fast paced work environment and works effectively within time constraints
- Effective Time Management - prioritizing lead and opportunity potentials, and management directives
- Strong ability to work independently to efficiently manage the assigned territory and accounts;
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work in a collaborative team based environment
- Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking
