This position will be working in the business segment that delivers the best, most efficient solutions to support the growth and profitability of our business customers. The markets serviced by R3 include foodservice(serving restaurants, hotels and airlines), janitorial/sanitation, industrial/safety and medical/surgical distributors.

**We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional for the regions of Saskatoon and Regina**. As a member of our high performing R3 Team, you will be accountable for the growth of sales of a variety of Products including Janitorial and Sanitation, Disposable Food Packaging and Cleaning Chemicals and Tools.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Increase sales through greater penetration within existing accounts, while also prospecting and building business with new accounts
- Demonstrates outstanding customer service to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through face to face sales calls
- Implement and manage pricing strategies within all accounts
- Work with manufacturers' representatives to sell promoted and strategic items
- Attend sales meetings and meet with sales manager on a regular basis
- Manage Accounts Receivables successfully
- Communicate and cooperate in a productive manner with all departments
- Utilize all appropriate VIP sales techniques and methodologies
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

**_Requirements:_**
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Professional Selling, Marketing or Business a plus
- Previous selling experience in a paper, packaging, janitorial/sanitation or food service distribution industry preferred
- Requires outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees, managers, and outside parties
- Face-to-face customer selling and relationship building
- Reside in the Saskatoon or Regina area
- Fully functional job requires use of personal vehicle and ability to travel where needed in the territory
- Required to work independently, with mínimal supervision
- The position requires outstanding analytical, organizational and oral/written communication skills
- Must be able to utilize acceptable mathematical skills
- Demonstrate a friendly and professional appearance
- Strong Organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Requires ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with IBM AS400 operating system highly desired
