**Your Role**: The Export Document Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the documentation and execution of P&H’s bulk vessel shipping program. This position requires close collaboration with traders, vessel brokers and agents, surveyors, and terminals to ensure the efficient and timely execution of shipments.
**Day to Day**:

- Prepare detailed shipping information for customers and surveyors.
- Coordinate with vessel agents, surveyors, and testing labs to prepare necessary vessel documents and shipping labels.
- Manage invoices and settlements for products, freight, and service costs.
- Handle the processing of vessel invoices.
- Create and file all required customs documentation, including custom manifests and B13 forms.
- Prepare and review laytime calculations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize vessel timings for loading and unloading.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry practices and protocols.
- Experience in the agricultural industry is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of terminology related to agriculture, logistics, and the movement of goods.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Application Suite, with a high proficiency in Excel.
