**About the role**

As part of our continued global success, we're looking to recruit for the position of UX Researcher. As a User Experience Researcher, you will lead in understanding our users' needs and assist in driving personalized solutions for them. You will work collaboratively across projects and our development teams to continuously ensure magicplan is improving and is intuitive to use.

**What you'll do**
- Prepare and conduct UX research studies (qualitative and quantitative) based on the project needs and analyze collected data
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to understand research needs
- Define research questions and select appropriate methods of data collection
- Recruit participants for research studies
- Transform findings into easily understandable insights
- Present findings to designers, developers, and other stakeholders
- Support the Design team in producing validated design concepts

**About You**

Although we are looking for a passionate, purpose-driven individual rather than a 100% match for the job description, this role has a few important things.

A few things you need to have:

- Bachelors or MS in Computer Science, HCI or Mathematics or equivalent and demonstrable work experience
- Experience implementing design choices based on user feedback
- Experience working with Designers, Developers and Product specialists to improve the usability of products and other features
- Experience planning and executing research efforts in all stages and selecting the right research approach
- Ability to efficiently analyze qualitative and quantitative data using industry best practices
- Ability to present findings from UX research in a clear, concise way and drive actionable next steps
- NNG Certification would be considered an asset
