As a Nursery Department Associate, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Production Manager in our Nursery Department. You’ll follow clearly defined processes and quality standards to ensure our facility is clean, sanitized and in good working condition.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform, assist and support our Operations Manager with, but not limited to - Manage plant seeding machine and Acre planting schedules
- Compile seeding schedule on Infarm Software
- Maintain/complete preventative maintenance on nursery equipment
- Working with our Crop Science team on seed inventory control and raw material inventory
- Working with our product and process implementation team on product shelf life
- Prepare activity/standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P’s) reports upon request with departmental information
- Monitoring FSQA sheets on a monthly basis
- Perform routine administration tasks of a day to day Nursery Associate role within the Production department
- Observe/shadow/work within the Infarm “GEMBA” - activity with various departments to learn all positions with possible inclusion if short staffing occurs
- Comply with all safety and health regulations

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to multitask on multiple departmental projects
- Effective communication skills
- Good computer skills/ data sheet input/build
- Great personality and a love for assisting others
- Be able to work Monday to Friday - 8am - 4:30 pm. 40 hour work week

**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
