As the Service Desk Network Analyst, you’ll be part of a highly technical and experienced team where you act as final escalation point & a mentor to resolve complex IT problems related to IT Networks, but not limited to it. You will be bringing in advanced technical knowledge and hands on experience administering & troubleshooting network performance, stability, communication issues.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues related to availability, security, performance, connectivity
- Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex network problems for F12 clients, and recommend and implement corrective hardware and software solutions, including off-site repair
- Investigate problem tickets and perform root cause analysis to prevent reoccurring network related issues and implement permanent remediation solutions
- Coordinating and implementing network software and hardware upgrades
- Provide support to resolve VoIP related issues including but not limited to TEAMS
- Perform System Administrations tasks related to Workstations, Wintel Servers, AD
- Responsible for documenting & maintaining any known client/technology issues and related workarounds
- Actively undertake coaching and mentoring initiatives such as writing KB articles, conducting internal training sessions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with the highest standards of professionalism
- Achieving new certifications might be required as part of personal and professional development at F12

**Who You Are**
- Work Experience:_
- You bring with you a minimum 5+ years experience in IT Service Desk/ IT Administration; MSP experience preferred
- 3+ years of Intermediate to Expert level experience working in a Network Specialist role with hands on experience dealing with Network firewalls, Switches, Wireless, Hypervisors, Backups
- Education & Certifications:_
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Industry certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, WatchGuard NSE, Fortinet NSE are a must
- Other certifications from vendors like Microsoft, Palo Alto, VMware are welcome
- Extensive knowledge of network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, MPLS, IPSEC, VPNs, QoS
- Ability to multi-task and handle simultaneous requests with a high level of efficiency and accuracy
- With an analytical mind and a kind spirit, you can decipher relevant information and explain solutions to people with varying degrees of technical knowledge
- A constant learner, but also a great mentor who is always willing to assist others and share your knowledge & experience
- Ability to be on-call/work after hours occasionally, if required

**Experience**:

- IT support: 5 years (required)
- Managed Service Provider (MSP): 2 years (preferred)
