If you are an experienced professional with a passion for technology and hungry for driving change at a Global scale, you might be a fit to help lead a critical piece of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) server and networking supply chain team. Our team has responsibility for all supply chain aspects of bringing new products to market. This includes close engagement with engineering, business owners, and suppliers to ensure supply chain readiness for our New Production Introduction (NPI) roadmap.
This leadership role requires the individual to hire, manage, and develop a team that continues to expand our current scope. You’ll develop a close rapport with internal stakeholders to understand our new product introduction roadmap, execute supply chain readiness for our hardware product launches, and build new processes required to scale the organization. The desired individual must have knowledge of sourcing and supply chain strategies, strong program management skills, and a demonstrated ability to build and lead a professional team. This individual will be expected to solve complex supply chain issues, establish patterns and practices, and provide domain leadership to the entire team. Success in the role requires extensive supply chain, operational, and process knowledge to effectively balance and navigate schedule, risk, and operational tradeoffs.
