**About us**
J Nelson Services is a family-oriented renovation and plumbing company, looking for a full-time office administrator with experience in the industry. We are hoping to expand our team further with a motivated person, who is enthusiastic about building connections and excels at exploring sales opportunities.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Completing estimates and invoices for customers
- Ensuring proper gathering and documentation of service call details
- Intermediate with microsoft excel, word, outlook and adobe
- Make critical scheduling decisions on behalf of the company
- Collaborate with contractors, electricians and other construction professionals
- Set priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlines
- Problem diagnosis and able to work independently while providing outstanding customer service
- Maintaining all work vehicles with ensuring they are properly serviced
- Perform any other duties as required or delegated
- Effective communication skills and ability to complete all paperwork accurately
- Experience with quickbooks and ability to complete orders for materials

**Qualifications**:
- 3-7 years’ office administrative experience
- Valid driver’s license
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kitchener-Waterloo, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
