These are seasonal positions that offer a competitive wage with benefits.

**General Labourer **primary duties will include but are not limited to:

- Loading the necessary tools from the one tonne onto the paver.
- Measuring and marking all manholes and water valves prior to paving.
- Supplying the rakerman with asphalt as required.
- Cleaning up any asphalt piles left by the rakeman.
- Assisting in site cleanup as required. Duties include cleaning rock piles, sweeping walks and gutters, picking up garbage, etc.
- Sweeping the end joints for the roller operators.
- Raising manholes and water valves with the rakerman as required.
- Hand tacking any joints when required.
- Keeping tools organized and accounted for at the end of the day.
- Keeping the one tonne clean and organized at all times.
- Filling sample bags as required or directed.
- Operating the bobcat if qualified to do so or under supervision of a competent operator.
- Assisting with cleaning or moving barricades for the tack truck driver.
- Helping clean the paver at the end of the day.

**Pay Scale $22 - $28**
