**Dates of Work: Monday July 8, 2024 - Friday August 16, 2024**

**Hours: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm 35 hrs./wk.**

**Wage: $16.55/hour **[4 positions funded through Apatisiwin: Employment and Training Program, Applicants must identify as Indigenous]

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We are currently seeking motivated individuals enrolled in school to join our team this summer as Park Maintenance Summer Students.**_
- Grass cutting to maintain the pristine appearance of our park grounds.
- Wood splitting to ensure visitors have access to firewood for recreational activities.
- Trailway trimming to enhance the safety and accessibility of our park trails.
- Garbage maintenance to keep our park clean and environmentally friendly.
- Bathroom clean-up to uphold sanitation standards for park visitors.
- Transporting Park materials as needed to support various maintenance tasks.
- Friendly and approachable customer service skills for park visitors.

**Requirements**:

- Must be enrolled in school (high school or post-secondary) during the summer term.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
- Previous experience in landscaping or maintenance is an asset but not required.
