**The Position**:
Action Roofing LTD is currently hiring **Outside Roofing Sales** representatives to provide the best roofing options to customers. Helping customers find the right products and warranties to fit their needs is our main goal - they deserve the BEST In this role, you will be an integral part of our sales team and will be in front of customers as a major part of your daily duties.

Compensation for this role is comission based with untapped earning potential.

**Essential Job Duties**:

- Maximize every sales and relationship-building opportunity
- Exceed personal sales targets while demonstrating solid customer focus
- Initiate and maximize each sales opportunity with existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining key client relationships
- Develop strong product and customer knowledge
- Participate in company and industry events and conferences
- Work on special projects and contribute to team domination
- Communicate with customers throughout the sales life-cycle
- Work closely with ownership to bring forward ideas maximizing market sales opportunities
- 2-4 years proven sales experience (Highly Preferred)
- Previous Roofing experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to interface with all levels within the organization and outside parties
- Must have the ability to be clear and precise when communicating
- Strong work ethic
- Results-driven mindset
- Ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, comfortable with heights.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
