**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations including staff, clients and physical environment
- Lead and motivate a team of ABA Therapy/ Respite and Camp staff to ensure high performance and productivity
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to meet targets including monthly meeting with the CEO and Autism Therapy Team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders by delivering high-quality customer service to families impacted by autism
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on key performance indicators such as sales using Quickbooks and customer retention using JaneApp.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role including clinical supervisor, staff coordinator, job coach or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate and supervise staff who work a variety of shifts
- Solid understanding of financial management principles; experience with QuickBooks, JaneApp, client management software and/or payment processing preferred
- Knowledge of the Ontario Autism Program preferred
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Speech/Occupational/Autism Therapy staff preferred

Schedule:
Monday-10am-6pm

Tuesdays 10am-6pm

Wednesdays 10am-6pm

Thursdays 12:30-8:30pm

Fridays 12:30-8:30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $22.00-$37.00 per hour

**Salary**: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
