This is an Ideal Job for a self-motivated individual who welcomes the challenges that are present when guiding and supervising a small team of talented professionals in a Parts and Service Dealership Environment.

A Branch Manager works alongside his/her Team to achieve the goals and expectations of Manufacturers, Senior Management and most importantly Valued Customers.

- The job duties will include but are not limited to Direct Supervision of the Team, Customer Relations, Overseeing Building Care and Maintenance.

- Assisting the Service Advisor and Parts Manager with Customer Service.

Working with Management to implement procedures to minimize un-applied time and improve shop efficiency.

- With assistance from Management hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all Staff.

- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with Customers to encourage long standing and healthy relationships.

- Ensure Company Health and Safety Policies and Procedures on the shop floor are followed.

Good Leadership and Communications Skills are essential for Personal and Team Growth
- 310T Technician License Asset
- General Dealership Parts Knowledge
- Previous Management and or Supervisory Experience
- Manual dexterity with the ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Strong oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to read technical manuals.
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe workplace
- Critical thinking; Job task planning and organizing; Significant use of memory; Continuous learning

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
