**What you’ll be doing**:

- Leading your team members by accompanying and supporting them in their professional store projects and personal development.
- Performing monthly individual meetings (EID) with members of their team.
- Developing partnerships that expand the sporting community.
- Welcoming customers and informing them about our products and services, suggesting related items that add value and meet each customer’s needs.
- Overseeing the smooth operation of your department by ensuring consistency with the store’s strategy.
- Working with teammates to meet established objectives.
- Seizing opportunities to promote the success of your department and entire store, including department sales and market analysis.
- Receiving and stocking merchandise efficiently to make products available to our customers as quickly as possible.
- Contributing to the company's on-going improvement.

**Profile**:

- Marked interest in and enthusiasm for retail, customer service, and sports.
- Experienced personnel manager with an inclusive and participatory team approach.
- Interpersonal skills: actively listens to their team in order to mobilize, develop, and motivate them around common objectives.
