**Priority Permits Ltd **is a very **fast paced** _**sign permit and consulting firm **_looking for a new **full time Admin/Permit Technician **to start at **$18/hr.**

This is a **full time position, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm**

**About the Position**:

- Scanning documents
- Picking up permits from city halls across southern Ontario - _(Rental vehicle provided This is _**NOT required**_, so _**if you do not drive, we would still love for you to apply**_)_
- Paying vendor/city invoices online, via couriers, and over the phone
- **Critical Thinking & Problem Solving REQUIRED**:

- **Self-starter**:

- You're an individual who can take directions and run with them
- **Office 365 - **You're familiar with Outlook, and can navigate through Word and Excel documents with ease
- **Data Entry - **You are able to quickly enter clear and accurate information and notes into databases and documents using _Windows_ desktop computers.
- **Team Mentality - **You work well with a team and helping others is what you're all about
- **Design Skills - **Whether it's MS Paint or Adobe Photoshop, you know how to move around pixels to look great (Design experience not required, but helpful to understand basic design practices and fundamentals)
- **Computer Skills - **You are familiar with navigating files and folders using the _**Microsoft Windows **_operating system, and have a basic understanding of computer file systems.
- **Drivers License - NOT REQUIRED**, but may be an asset

We are offering $18 per hour to start with room to grow based on performance. We are located in the EAST end of Hamilton, very close to bus routes (Steps from Barton & Parkdale)

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
