Located on the KVR, Abandoned Rail Brewery is the first/only Brewery on the Naramata Bench. We're expanding our team and looking to hire a lead role to assist with the day to day operations and future of our family run Farm based Brewery.

Regular duties required but not limited to are:

- Overseeing operations of the tasting room including running lunch/dinner service, managing/balancing POS day to day, inventory management
- Motivating and creating an efficient, highly competent and personable service culture
- Working closely with management, production and sales staff
- Closely monitor the guest experience making adjustments and assisting whenever necessary
- Manage the POS process and system so that the guest experience is efficient and accurate
- Involvement in creating events
- Adhering to Health and Safety standards
- Be a team leader, a problem-solver, highly organized and innovative
- Have managerial role involved in the hospitality, beer, wine, cider or spirits industry
- Possess extensive knowledge in craft beer, their styles, production methods, and emerging trends or willingness to learn
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritization
- Strong customer service skills
- Strive to constantly learn more
- Previous CRM software and MS Office experience
- BC drivers license with proof of clean drivers abstract
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid Serving It Right certificate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
