Farm Labourer

Entomo Farms is the world leader in insect farming for human consumption, supplying dozens of companies globally. Insect protein offers a healthy alternative to traditional animal sources and requires far fewer of earth's resources to produce. Entomo Farms is ramping up production to meet growing demand from Europe, the UK, North America, and Australia/New Zealand as it continues to bring the cost down with ongoing research and increasing scale.

**Position**:
We are currently seeking Full Time employees, to help with the labor and basic insect rearing tasks at our farms located 20 minutes east of Peterborough, in Westwood, Ontario.

Farm duties will include feeding, monitoring and harvesting as well as general cleaning of equipment and infrastructure. Knowledge of insect rearing is an asset, but not necessary if you are willing to learn.

Monday - Friday

6:30 am - 3:00 pm

**Salary**: $18.00 /hour

Hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- Westwood, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
